sustainably-sourced from the cold waters off the Atlantic Coast, these beautiful purple fronds grow on rock formations under the sea. once harvested, they are then naturally sun-dried.

in preparation for your gel, we begin by re-hydrating and thoroughly cleaning the sea moss. next, it’s left to soak overnight [or for a minimum of 6 hours] in alkaline water enhanced with key lime and organic ceylon cinnamon sticks. we believe this step to be beneficial to both the novice and pro, as it greatly assists with the flavor.

after being soaked, it is rinsed one last time before being blended into gel form.
