our delicious elderberry syrup is made-to-order from certified organic elderberries, organic ceylon cinnamon, organic star anise, organic cloves, organic ginger, organic rose hips, deionized water, and an exquisite local raw honey capped with bee pollen.
to begin, we bring this herbal decoction to a boil, then slow simmer over very low heat for ~40 mins so as to carefully extract all of the beneficial properties of the plants. once extracted, thoroughly strained and then cooled, the raw honey is added so as to keep its nutrient content intact.
*as stated before, this product contains raw honey which is not recommended for children under one (1) year of age.

our syrup lasts for up to 4 months refrigerated, but we've yet to have it sit that length of time as it goes pretty quickly.
